Cancellation Policy

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Samantha's Hair Studio experience.

If you need to cancel your appointment or make any changes, please call or email the front desk at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the a la carte service total. Any appointments canceled within one hour of the appointment or no-showed completely will be charged 100% of the booked services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be considered a no-show. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment time and will serve as your default method of payment in the event of late cancellations, late changes, late arrivals or a no show. Prices listed on our website and online booking are starting prices for each service and subject to change based on customer request and individual hair needs.

  We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever or a known infection within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. We will do our best to give advance notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather and we ask you to do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis. ​
