Dominique, Co-Owner, RN, BSN
Mekaila, Licensed Esthetician
Dominique’s injection practice is built on experience, authenticity, and artistry. She focuses on customized treatments, with the goal of enhancing patients' natural beauty while aging gracefully. She takes great satisfaction in helping her patients achieve their aesthetic goals, and building lasting relationships with each patient. Dominique has found a great passion for the use of injections in conjunction with laser technology to target fine lines, aging, acne scarring, and pigmented irregularities.
Dominique continuously attends advanced training across the country to ensure that the knowledge she has encompasses the most up-to-date and highest-quality education. She is a graduate of Mass General Institute of Health Professions with a Bachelor’s in Nursing as well as UMass Amherst with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. Dom has an extensive background of emergency, oncology, and general medicine nursing at Massachusetts General Hospital and Lahey Burlington. Dominique is certified in advanced injectables, lasers, cool sculpting and also is an instructor at MDE Academy.

Mekaila is a master licensed esthetician. She completed her esthetics education in the 900 hour masters program at Catherine Hinds Institute. Mekaila has always had a deep passion for skin and making people feel their most confident when it comes to their own.

She graduated back in December of 2022 and landed her dream job here at MD Esthetics while also being a spray tan technician at Sunless Society. She is returning to school in September of 2023 to receive her massage therapy license.
