Look Good. Feel Good.
Q & A
Can I book a consultation? 100% and honestly we recommend it so we can make sure you have plenty of time with your stylist to perfect your look. Click "Book Now" in the top right corner of the screen and book in for either a Cut, Color, or Extension consultation.
What is the tiered pricing? Services are priced at different levels based on the experience, skill, and demand of the stylist, rather than a single price for all stylists. Allowing you to choose a price point that fits your budget and needs.
What's Incuded? All of our services are customized for the individual client and charged a la carte. If you would like a gloss, base, root shadow, haircut, or blowout with your highlights you will need to book them in addition to your highlight.
What is the Salon's cancellation policy? If you need to cancel your appointment or make any changes, please call or email the front desk at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the a la carte service total. Any appointments canceled within one hour of the appointment or no-showed completely will be charged 100% of the booked services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be considered a no-show. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment time and will serve as your default method of payment in the event of late cancellations, late changes, late arrivals or a no show. Prices listed on our website and online booking are starting prices for each service and subject to change based on customer request and individual hair needs.
How can I leave a tip? Tips and gratuity can be left in cash, on the credit card, or sent directly to your stylist using Venmo.
What if I'm running late? In consideration of our entire community and scheduling commitments to other clients’, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show” and charged accordingly.
